Auto Debit with Credit Card

  1. Make sure your credit card bears the Visa, Master or BCA Card logo
  2. Before making a payment by credit card, make sure you have read the terms of the conditions on the back of the credit card authorization letter

 

There are 2 ways to pay Auto debit using a credit card:

  1. Non-contractual: payment via credit card is only for one time payment and can be made by swiping (swipe) your card or filling out a credit card debit authorization letter. For that, you can come to the nearest Allianz Center office.
  2. Contractual: payment of insurance premium according to the due date by means of auto debit. Debit schedule every 5th, 12th, 20th, 28th. For contractual transactions, a credit card debit authorization letter is required.

• Note: Auto debit can be done for policies on behalf of: Self, husband / wife, parents, children, and premium payers (as stated in the policy). Auto debit credit cards other than HSBC, BCA, AMEX , Citibank and Maybank credit cards will be debited every day


Auto Debit via Savings Account

Auto Debit via savings account
Payments with auto debit savings accounts can only be made via:

  1. Bank BCA
  2. Bank Mandiri
  3. Bank BRI
  4. Bank BNI

 

Method of Auto Debit via savings account / credit card:

  1. Customer fills out a power of attorney for auto debit of the specified account / credit card by attaching a photocopy of KTP & account / credit card book.
  2. To get a power of attorney form for debiting a savings account / credit card, you can contact Allianz Customer Service.

Note: For continued premiums, make sure before filling out the auto debit authorization letter form, make sure you have filled in the non-financial change form. You can get this form at the Allianz Customer Service Center


1Bill Citibank Credit Card

Customers' Citibank credit cards will automatically be registered with the Citibank 1 Bill facility with the following benefits for customers:

  • Debiting the insurance premium will continue to be successful even if there is a change in the customer's credit card number, expiration date or the type of Citibank Credit Card, without having to submit any information notification to Allianz.
  • For successful debiting, please ensure that the customer's Citibank Credit Card Balance has an adequate/sufficient credit limit.
  • Earn Citi Rewards Points or Cash Back (according to the customer's Citibank Credit Card type).
