- Select the insurance menu
- Select Allianz
- Enter the payment code followed by No. SpAJ/NO. Policy
- Pay Code according to Payment Type:
101: First Premium
102: Renewal /Continued /Premium Premiums Before maturity (Advance) )
104: Top Up Single (TUPS)
105: Changes in Policy
106: Policy Reprint Costs - Enter the amount of payment as stated on the screen.
- Confirm Payment.
Through Mandiri ATM
Mandiri (Advanced Premium)
- Select the Pay/Buy menu
- Select the insurance menu
- On the Company/Institutional Code menu, select the code list menu on the screen or enter 23887 for Allianz Life Renewal insurance
- Enter No. Policy. Then click further
- On the screen the bill display will appear: No. Policy, name of policy holder, due date and number of bills. Then enter the number 1, then click yes
- Payment confirmation appears. Then click further
Mandiri (Non -Advanced Premium)
- Select the Pay/Bel menu
- Select another payment menu
- Select the insurance menu
- On the screen list of service providers, please enter serial number 08 (other insurance)
then select the button yes - Select the Code List menu on the screen or enter the code directly 23888 for Allianz Life Indonesia insurance
- Enter Policy Number / Reference Number (Mandatory)
- Enter Customer Phone / Mobile Number (Mandatory)
- Enter the amount of premium to be paid
- Make sure that 1 transaction is only valid for 1 policy or 1 spa
Advanced non -premiums are the first premium, recovery premium, change premiums and top up premiums
