Post Office and Pawnshop Payments

Payment through the Post Office and Pawnshops

Below is a guide on how to pay Allianz Insurance premiums through the Post Office and Pawnshops which you can easily do as follows.

Payment via Pawnshop :

  1. The customer comes to the Pawnshop Cashier.
  2. Mention to the cashier that you will pay for ALLIANZ INSURANCE premiums
  3. State to the Cashier the Type of Payment to be made, namely Payment:
    - First Premium (New Business)
    - Continuation Premium/Renewal/Premium Before Due (Advance)
    - Recovery Premium Policy
    - Single Top Up
    - Policy Change Premium
    - Policy Reprint Fee
  4. Mention to Cashier No. SPAJ / No. Policy to be paid.
  5. The Post Office cashier will confirm the data on the name of the policyholder, the type of payment and the amount of premium to be paid.
  6. If the information data is correct, hand over cash in the amount of the premium to the cashier.
  7. The cashier will first calculate and state the amount of money received.
  8. The cashier will submit a receipt/proof of payment to the customer.
  9. Save the receipt/proof as valid proof of payment.
  10. Customers will also receive notifications from Allianz in the form of sms and email on the same day (for those of you who have registered for the e-statement service).

Payment via POS Office

  1. The customer comes to the Post Office Cashier.
  2. Mention to the cashier that you will pay for ALLIANZ INSURANCE premiums
  3. State to the Cashier the Type of Payment to be made, namely Payment:
    - First Premium (New Business)
    - Continuation Premium/Renewal/Premium Before Due (Advance)
    - Recovery Premium Policy
    - Single Top Up
    - Policy Change Premium
    - Policy Reprint Fee
