Q: Who can become participants in SmartMed Premier health insurance?

A: Anyone aged 15 days-75 years. Especially for maternity benefits, starting from the age of 16-45 years can become a SmartMed Premier participant.

Q: How do you get health services after becoming a policyholder?

A: If the treatment is carried out at the Allianz-Admedika insurance company network hospital, you can use the Cashless facility (non-cash payment).

If the treatment is carried out outside the Allianz-Admedika insurance company network, you can be served with the Reimbursement system and then submit a claim with eAZy Claim or with Reimbursement.

Q: What is a No Claim Bonus?

A: If there is no record of claims for 1 year of the policy and the policyholder decides to renew the policy, then the renewal policy will get a 20% bonus discount.
